The platform that I use to bring you GoutPal.com & Gout Pal Interactive has built in features to deliver automatic updates whenever myself or other contributors add gout information. I use the built-in features to bring you packaged gout update services. These services allow you to get messages when the websites change. You can quickly scan these messages to see those things that interest you most.
I will show you how to subscribe to my update services by email, though if you are familiar with RSS feeds, you can subscribe using your usual reader. I will not bore you with the technical details of these RSS feeds, but if you want to know more, please ask in the Tech Stuff section of the Gout Forum.

This tells you about new articles on this website. Frequency varies from week to week, but is rarely above 5 per week.
Gout Pal Interactive Updates
This tells you about new articles on Gout Pal Interactive (excluding the forum). Frequency varies from week to week, but is rarely above 2 per week.
GoutCaster Newsletter
This is not actually a website update service, but I include it here for completeness, as it does summarize major website improvements, as well as giving a hint about what new gout info can be expected in future. This gout newsletter is published about 4 times per year.
