Reduce Swelling of your Inbox
Controlling gout is often about how to reduce swelling.
Most of my website is about controlling gout and inflammation.
This page has a different twist - controlling email inboxes swollen with spam.

Inflammation, the curse of the gouty, affects other aspects of your life.
It's nothing to do with gout, but another irritation in life is email spam. An inbox swollen with rubbish isn't quite as irritating as a full blown gout flare, but it comes a close second. I've worked with my website hosting company to reduce swelling of both my inbox and yours.

My Privacy Policy helps reduce swelling in your inbox. My Spam Blocker Policy helps mine.

Privacy Policy

Quite simple really.

I will only use your email address to reply to your messages. I will not pester you with flyers. If you want regular updates, subscribe to my newsletter or gout blog. You are in control.

I will not pass your email address to anyone else, either explicitly or by publishing it on my website.

Spam Blocker Policy

I do not publish my email address. If you want to contact me, you need to fill in one of the forms that are scattered around this website. My general feedback form is one example, but you can use whichever one is easiest. Once you have contacted me in this way, you will receive an automatic response with my email address that you can use at anytime.

Please be careful if your own email system has spam blocking features. You need to add goutpal.com to your list of allowed email addresses. Most systems call this a whitelist.

More Info

I've told you all you need to know about reducing swelling in your inbox. If you send a lot of emails, or own your own website then you might want to look at some tools to help you.

These tools are beyond the scope of this gout website, but I have lots of information to help you improve your Internet experience as a surfer or contributor. Until I find time to publish more information about these tools, it is best if you ask any questions in the technical part of the Gout Forum.
