Each month I review which are the most popular pages on my website. This month, two pages about swelling made the top three. This does not surprise me, as most gout patients look for information about swelling and how to reduce it.

What does surprise me is that the top position is held by a page that is more about email inflammation than gout. I can understand though, that the irritation of a spam-filled inbox might seem worse if you are suffering from swollen hands and feet.

Or perhaps visitors were checking to see if gout can be caused by eating too much Spam!
