I try to keep explanations simple because I know that if you understand gouty arthritis (another term for gout), then you'll deal with it better. Whenever you find anything that isn't clear, please ask me your
gout question.
I love it when people contact me. If it's a question I can answer, you make it easy for me to improve my website. If I don't know the answer it's a great stimulus for me to find out.
Of course, if you don't contact me I can't thank you in person. Even so, I want to let you know that seeing my visitor numbers grow gives me a real buzz. If you are one of the silent majority here's telling you - I'm grateful.

First, let me make it clear that I do not expect anything from my visitors. I want you to get gouty information and that's it. A few visitors have asked if they can do something in return. One in particular has inspired me to add this thank you page, but more of that later.

I love this so much, that I've added a new section - Your Gout. This ties together some of my earlier gout questions and polls. It adds new ways for you to get involved so we can all work together to improve our gouty lives.
